Chico Car Care is the best. Our 2010 Subaru Outback broke down on Saturday. We had it towed to the shop. We left the key and a note about what was happening. Monday morning David called at 8:30am to see how they could help us. They got right to work diagnosing the problem. They texted me an hour later with the problem. They sent me a quote and exactly what needed to be fixed. They also gave me different options I could do. They got the car back to us that night. It was fixed good as new. I appreciate their quickness and helpfulness. They were so easy to work with. Thanks to Dan and his team. I definitely recommend them to anyone I know!

They got my inspection done quick and sent all necessary paperwork to my email for me. Great service great price.

It wasn't fast and it wasn't cheap but my car runs great now. I have an older Prius, and Dan diagnosed and repaired it just as he explained without any surprises. Good work.

Dan, David, and the crew at Chico Car Care have again done the annual service on our Prius. And as in all prior appointments, the work was completed as expected. While checking in David notified my of a particular service that was due so that was included, which reflects their attention to detail. I tend to avoid writing reviews, but with Chico Car Care, it is always a pleasure. Considering how well they take care of our 9 year old Prius, it is the least I can do.
