Chico Auto Repair

I have been taking my 2013 Prius since having purchased it used from a major Toyota dealership. While service at the dealership is generally very good and thorough, dealers charge as high as can be charged. Chico Car Care does all the needed work to maintain my car to meet Toyota specs, and more. They have taken very good care of the vehicle, and advised me when something needs to be updated or changed, at a significantly better price than the dealer and better than some small shop competitors in town. As specialists in hybrid vehicles, they should be seeing my car for a long time.

Great service!

Came in for my 100K mile service and oil change, along with a few other minor issues. The service was prompt, the work well done, and they didn't even charge me for the minor issues that I needed to have taken care of. I've been coming to CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist for a few years and have only ever experienced great work and service.

Staff was kind and curtious, even getting me a ride to the school when I needed it. Will go back for any other work I require.

I saw commitment to solving a challenging issue with my car. I also felt genuine personal interest by the owner who I feel qualifies as an expert auto diagnostician. Dan even took photos on his phone to show me so I could understand possible explanations for the problem. His experienced judgment was correct. It is fixed.

They are so friendly and helpful. I was a first time customer last month and I literally left with a smile on my face. They have reasonable prices and the shuttle service is awesome! I will make this my "go-to" for my Toyota for as long as I have it.

Pat and Dan are ALWAYS very friendly, not pushy, Their prices are competitive, certainly a lot more reasonable than taking my Honda to a dealership. They do not try to talk me into repairs I do not need. They patiently explain what needs to be done, they never talk down to me (I am a senior lady). Pat always makes sure I have a ride home and back to the shop when I take my car in. Wish I could give CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist 10 stars!
