Thought I had a serious transmission or transfer case problem. The growling gear sound was very scary. Turned out Dan found a bad pulley that my serpentine belt was running on. Quick fix and I was on the road again!

Huge waste of my day, Dropped my car off at 1 for service (I called 2 days in advance) & I had to call them back at 5:30 when they close (they seemed to have forgot about me) and nothing had been done to my car. Said there was “miscommunication” by the employees. Guess I have to find another place to go to!
