I have to say that I have not yet even been a customer, but Dan was extremely helpful over the phone with information and his expertise! He has a business to run so I certainly wouldn't take advantage of that, but he still gave of his time generously. Highly impressive. Very helpful and they carried products I was looking for and couldn't find.

Went in for an oil change from out of town and found Dan Hiestand to be very professional. He actually showed me where my water pump was leaking and did not rotate my tires because it would have been a waste of money as two of them need replacement soon. His honesty was refreshing!

I trust Dan, he does what is necessary and you can trust his recommendations on what you should do for the longevity of your car. He is very knowledgeable about Toyota’s!
