Dan took the time in his response to explain to me the importance of having your transmission fluid replaced no later than every 60,000 miles. Dan takes a proactive approach to car maintenance. I have utilized CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist for repairs on my wife's Lexus on two separate occasions. Both times, I have found them friendly attentive and thoroughly professional. Additionally, I compared their estimates with those of my local Toyota dealer and the savings amounted to several hundred dollars. All of their technicians are school-trained and have achieved journeyman status through a dealership. If you have a used Toyota or Lexus in need of repair, you cannot go wrong with these folks.

I've never had such excellent service! Great communication, great expertise with my Lexus. It will always be my go to for service and repairs. Pat is the communications master behind the action and someone I trust absolutely! Great skills, great guy every time I call.

I started taking my car to CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist for maintenance (since last year) because they make it so easy to make an appointment and are really friendly. At CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist, I felt like they left decisions about my car up to me (as it should be) and answered any questions I had even if those questions sounded dumb because I'm not a car expert. The staff was also really open about discussing prices with me and they were fast and efficient. I usually don't have to wait long to get my car checked in. For maintenance, it usually takes about an hour and if they find anything wrong with my car, they usually let me know and its up to me whether I want to book another appointment. So far my experience has been pretty good. I would recommend this place to anyone in Chico or passing through Chico.

Car repair is one of those areas where trust is hard to build and easily abused. Dan and his crew have been absolutely fantastic in gaining and maintaining my trust. I won't consider anyone else.
