I'm always confidant that I am getting an honest assessment of my car's problems. And in an emergency, they are quick to fit me in. I appreciate Dan's and Tanya's responsiveness and ability to provide information.

I have switched to CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist for their personal attention, their thoroughness of work and their clear explanations of what they're doing and why. I have a Prius, not a Lexus. I have been back as needed for regular service and when something unexpected seems to be happening, and I have been entirely satisfied each time with the speed and detailed attention of their work. Once again, I was there yesterday for a minor but odd repair and was on my way home before I had properly settled in to the waiting room.

I like the personal service, friendliness, thoroughness, and good explanations they give. They also have helped me solve some informal but galling problems with say twist-ties, but without charge. Now that is a bonus!

Excellent work done in a timely manner. I'm thankful to have a place in Chico that I trust with my Honda CRV.
