They keep you informed about needs of your automobile and leave it up to you to decide when to perform that service. Very honest and helpful people. Tanya researched my car on Carfax and found that one expensive repair was not needed. Since other repairs were done my car is running smoothly and several rattles have disappeared.

I just found this Lexus specialist in Chico, which is great because formerly, I was taking my car to Sacramento for major services. The staff was very knowledgable and courteous. Prices were reasonable and they offered me a ride. I plan to take my Lexus there from now on.
