Once again, I was knocked out how detailed and personal their car care and customer care were. Jose went to the trouble to print out details of what would be involved in a type of service I was dubious about and thoroughly explain what was good to do.

We received a call from our daughter, who happens to be attending Chico State, that her car was spewing smoke. As it so happens we, of course, are no where near Chico. She kept us informed with up to the minute information with respect to the car and, when everything was said and done, even picked up our daughter so that she could retrieve her car.
