Jewell BlueI was told this shop was great for Lexus and Toyotas. This shop is awesome. They are polite and treats you like a friend. Estimated price $350. Repairs $231. Advise me to get back tires, able to because of the savings for repairs. Need car fixed this is the place. They are awesome!!!!!!!!!!

CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that they went over a detailed description of what was wrong with my car and how much each would cost and what was most important. They also told me about a nail in one of my tires and a lug nut out of one of the other ones. When I got to the tire place I noticed that they had even marked on the tire where the nail was. I thought that was great. I am so happy now that I have a honest, friendly and reliable auto place to go to since I recently moved to Chico and have been reluctant to find a mechanic here.

At CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist they really know how to treat their customers right! For Christmas I got a $25 gift card from them which I recently used! It was something unexpected and just simply nice!

Once again, excellent service and they even turned off the low tire pressure warning light that wasn't valid but would not go away without saying anything about it or charging me.
