Every time I get the bill it is always less than I expect and they always discuss every problem with me in detail so I understand the situation. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Chico!

CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist is THE BEST! I moved from Portland a year ago and had all my service at the fancy Lexus dealership. It was good service, but nothing to compare with the personal service, great communication and confidence I have in CCC. I have had a few things to do with my older Lexus and I have great confidence they will keep the car going to nearly 500,000 miles.

This business can be trusted. They have a nice waiting room with coffee or tea and wireless or else grab a ride home with their taxi service. They tell you exactly what you might need additionally to what you came in for.
