I feel like you all padded the car review instead of focusing with the problem at hand -- the radiator. Then, after I was told the car was ready, I was told that I would have to wait so you could fix the engine cooling belt. According to a mechanic friend of mine, that item should have been found initially.

I have a Toyota that I bought at Chuck Patterson and I get free oil changes for the life of the car. I refuse to take my car to Chuck Patterson and would rather pay to have it serviced at CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist as the service there is excellent. They are fair and honest. The work they did was $200 less than the initial estimate they gave me. I had the total opposite experience at Chuck Patterson where the service rep there, "Tex", is often rude and doesn't seem like he has time for you. I would recommend CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist to anyone with a Totyota, especially an older one. Mine is a 1996 and they said I could get another 100,000 miles out of it.

He is thorough, our vehicles run well after he's worked on them, and I have confidence in his diagnosis and treatment of problems. He explains things clearly and he and his staff act professionally.
