I have been more satified service and workmanship

I was referred to CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist by the local TOYOTA DEALER when their shop couldnt fix my Prius!!(apparently Rick worked there for 15 years and he is known as being able to fix any Toyota problem that comes his way) Boy, am I glad I listened (ive been back 3 times now) Rick knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it just by talking/LISTENING to me explain my situation. I cannot imagine taking my Toyota anywhere other than CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist and will/have told all of my friends/associates. The other reviewer was right - word is getting out and they are busy. However, their customer service never falters and the fact that they care is apparent. Competence,helpfulness, fairness . Be prepared to get in line for those good qualities however because word has gotten out about this business.
