As a single 60-something year old woman, I am so lucky to have this crew taking care of my car maintenance for 4 years now. Folks I can trust, and my car runs like a pup!

My family was about to head out of town on a camping trip but our trailer lights weren't working. The trailer was checked out by a different shop and it was functional... so it was a problem with the truck. We were referred to CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist since we have a Toyota truck. Turns out they were busy, but fit us in. They didn't charge us a fortune and were able to diagnose and fix the problem pronto. I am so excited to have found a great shop! We'll take all our Toyotas (car and truck) there from now on!!!

I highly recommend this shop. We had work recently done on our 1999 ES 300 Lexus. The rep advised us what work needed to be done and a completion time set. The service was completed with no hidden surprises. It's refreshing to see honest people not like other local Toyota shops in town. This shop was professional,clean,and stress free.

Always friendly, explains the problem, cost, time it will take. And calls you to let you know the progress. Very satisfied with the quality of work.

I feel like you all padded the car review instead of focusing with the problem at hand -- the radiator. Then, after I was told the car was ready, I was told that I would have to wait so you could fix the engine cooling belt. According to a mechanic friend of mine, that item should have been found initially.

I HAVE WORKED WITH DAN RICK AND KEN IN THE PAST AND HAVE KNOWN ALL THREE FOR AT LEAST THIRTY YEARS. THEY ALL HAVE HIGH STANDERDS AND PRACTICES IN THEIR WORK.
