Dan and the entire crew at Chico Car Care have been instrumental in a long-term problem-solving issue with a higher mileage car. In addition to doing professional. competitively-priced repairs they have been super helpful in providing information from which to make solid decisions. Dan has been terribly patient and generous in his time and expertise as I sought to solve a hard-to-diagnose issue with a higher mileage Subaru. His advice helped me avoid a range of unnecessary repairs. In my experience this generosity and problem-solving focus of a shop is rare in this day and age. I will likely move on from the Subaru to a different make, the upside is that Dan is an expert of the brand I will likely go to (Toyota/Lexus) and so it is with added ease that I know who the mechanic for that next vehicle will be.
