We were dropping our daughter off at Chico State and her 2005 Lexus SUV was making strange sounds under the front of the car. I did not want to leave Chico with her car being unsafe, so I took it in the Chico car care, but they couldn’t get me in for a few days so we made an appointment and my daughter took it in two days later. While making the appointment I explain to David That I was not going to be in town and he reassured me they would take care of the car. When my daughter drop the car off for service, Dave called me and we discussed the process to diagnose the problem. They kept me informed along the way and made the repair within a few hours, and the cost was exactly what he had quoted me. The best part is I found a car repair facility I can trust to have my daughter go to and no they are not going to try and upsell her or repair off. I would highly recommend this facility.

This is the only automotive repair shop that I use for my car. It's honest, timely, and very forthcoming with what needs immediate attention and what can wait. And they do not try to add repairs that are not needed at all and that's something we all need to be able to count on and is rare in this type of business.
