Dan, David, and the crew at Chico Car Care have again done the annual service on our Prius. And as in all prior appointments, the work was completed as expected. While checking in David notified my of a particular service that was due so that was included, which reflects their attention to detail. I tend to avoid writing reviews, but with Chico Car Care, it is always a pleasure. Considering how well they take care of our 9 year old Prius, it is the least I can do.

Told me shocks would be 1800 for my car. I called Lexus / Toyota dealership and the parts are only 297 each and labor took hour n half for 250. Spent a total of 900( only needed 2 front shocks) to get my car done at a dealership. Don’t waste your time with these guys . Especially if you’re a woman walking in by yourself.
