I am a new client and was stranded because I hadn't been able to start my Toyota for at least four days. Prior to this I had my car jumped and purchased a new battery, but by the next day everything in my car had shut down again because the alternator clearly had died. Dan responded almost immediately to my 8:30 AM call for help on Monday morning. Somehow he managed to get my car squeezed into an otherwise very busy Monday schedule. A nice Lyft gal gave me a gratis ride home and then picked me up late in the afternoon when my car was ready. Dan is following the repairs with a maintenance schedule because (lesson learned) I really must take better care of my car. In short, I can't say enough good about this business and recommend it to you without reservation.

They went above and beyond in every aspect of service. They were extremely thorough and when they found an issue. instead of just quoting me a price to fix it, let me know that the car was still under warranty with Lexus where I was able to have the leak fixed for free. They are honest and were absolutely wonderful to work with. I would recommend them to a anyone in town.

The gently-used Lexus RX350 that I had purchased three weeks earlier suddenly was dead to the world due to an electrical problem.
