By that I want to say it includes the courteous and sincere treatment from the moment I arrived. I am a woman over 70 and each year I experience more loss of the art of listening by professionals, eye contact, and lack of information given. These Dan and his crew are great! They are on time, keep their promises, and do everything with a smile. The keep track of everything about my car, inform me of any issues, and never, never say "You gotta replace this today." They explain what the issues are, the best way to fix them, how long things could wait, and let me decide. All honesty and no pressure. Plus, they are way cheaper than the dealer. After my Lexus was past its free oil services and inspections at the dealership, I mistakenly had then do the next one on my dime: $240 bucks. Then I went to Dan and it was (and still is) $80. That is not a typo!. Also, later needing a new wheel, Dan got me a new one for one-half the dealer's price. If you drive a Toyota or Lexus, this is the place to go.
